Please be advised that in light of the recent proclamation of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, No. 1 of 2015, any supplier or contractor seeking to provide goods, works or services to the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries and any of its Statutory Boards / State Enterprises, must be registered with the Procurement Depository of Trinidad and Tobago.
