Duty and VAT Exemption on Imported Vessels
This facility is available to Registered Vessel Owners (Valid Fisherman’s Certificate).
Applicants are required to:
- Complete the relevant forms (available at the Fisheries Division);
- Submit the completed forms to the Fisheries Division for approval;
If approved the forms are submitted to the Customs and Excise Division; following clearance by the Customs and Excise Division, copies of the forms are returned to the Fisheries Division.
Time-frame:
5-10 days subject to the completion and verification of documentation.
