Tour of Trinidad and Tobago Fine Cocoa Company Limited

Senator the Honourable Ravi Ratiram, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, is currently visiting the Trinidad and Tobago Fine Cocoa Company Limited Cocoa Processing Facility, alongside Ms. Michelle Anne Thomas, Permanent Secretary, and His Excellency Jon Mark Dean, High Commissioner of the United Kingdom to Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Shankar Teelucksingh, Chair of the Cocoa Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (CDCTTL), Prof. Pathmanathan Umaharan, Deputy Chair of CDCTTL, Mr. Rajesh Lal, CEO, CDCTTL and Directors of the CDCTTL.

The visit forms part of today’s tour of key agricultural and cocoa related facilities and provides an opportunity to strengthen bilateral relations between Trinidad and Tobago and the United Kingdom, while exploring opportunities for continued collaboration and development within the cocoa sector.

Also in attendance are technical officers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and members of the Board of the Cocoa Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited.
