Regional Parliamentary Retreat ‘Building Caribbean Resilience’

Senator the Honourable Clarence Rambharat, Minister of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries addresses the audience at the Plenary Session on ‘Food and Nutrition Security and Resilience’.

‘In the context of a food system, it should include three major components, including production of 1. safe, 2. healthy and 3. affordable food’ says the Agriculture Minister in his contribution.
