The Group, Organisation or School is required to:

• write a letter to the Conservator of Forests,
• State in the letter the Date, Theme and where it will be held
• Send the letter via Email, Fax or Hand Deliver

Community Outreach Programme

• Provision of technical support and assistance to farmers, schools, tertiary institutions, YTEPP, youth groups, rural women, government and non- government organizations as well as community based organizations through the delivery of lectures/ method demonstrations and hands -on practical  training in Plant Propagation
• On site tours of stations/ field days
• Participation in national exhibitions, agricultural fairs, environmental activities, health and wellness events etc.
