Inspection of swordfish and bigeye tuna for export and issue of Certificate of Eligibility for Export

This activity is undertaken in compliance with management measures of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT).

How to access this service


Applicants are required to submit a Request for Inspection Form to Fisheries Division by fax at least 48 hours before the scheduled offload of fish catch.

 

If the inspection is scheduled for weekends or public holidays, the Form must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled offload.

 

Time-frame:

After inspection, if a certificate of eligibility for export is approved, the relevant documentation will be issued to the exporter immediately.
